Imperial Fritillaries in a Copper Vase, 1887 by Vincent Van Gogh – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Bluebird Puzzle)

A fat copper vase sits on a wooden table with a great crown of fritillaries rising out of it, orange bells hanging down beneath their spiky green tufts. One stem has leaned right out to the left and gone over the edge of the picture.

Behind it all Van Gogh has covered the wall in short dabs of blue, hundreds of them, so the flowers seem to stand in front of falling light. He signed it up in the top corner.
