These aren't painted flowers. Every bloom on this puzzle is a real pressed flower, arranged and photographed flat against plain white so the true colours of each petal come through - deep red roses, dusty pink cosmos, sprigs of lavender, cornflowers, and trailing green stems all laid out like pages from a botanist's notebook.

With no single focal point, this one asks you to work section by section. The white background gives you clean edges to start from, but the middle is dense with overlapping stems and small petals in similar pinks and purples, so it's worth sorting by flower type before you dive in. Cobble Hill's signature random-cut pieces add another layer to the challenge, since no two are quite the same shape.

A nice one to have on the go through spring, especially if you're a gardener who likes seeing every part of a flower - buds, seed heads and all - rather than just the finished bloom. A linen-textured poster is included in the box for reference.

About this puzzle

4/5
Hard

The dense scatter of small flowers and stems across a large plain white background makes sorting tricky despite the bright colours.
