How can we help?

We're a small family team in Wiltshire, and a real person reads every message — we usually reply within one working day.

First — what's it about?

Trying to cancel a “Puzzles & Prizes Galore” or “Wordsearch Winner” magazine subscription? That's a different company with a similar name — not this shop. Choose “A puzzle magazine subscription” above and we'll show you exactly who to contact so your cancellation actually goes through.

A different company

That subscription isn't ours — but here's exactly who to contact

You've reached Puzzles Galore, an online jigsaw puzzle shop. We sell boxed jigsaws, one order at a time — we don't publish puzzle magazines, we don't run competitions by post or phone, and we never take monthly payments. So although we'd love to help, we genuinely can't see or cancel that subscription: it belongs to a different business with a very similar name, and messages sent to us don't reach them.

The Puzzles & Prizes Galore and Wordsearch Winner magazines are published by Churchcastle Ltd, which trades as TV Wordsearch. To cancel, or to ask about payments, contact them directly:

Call them 01273 023 661 Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm
Email them churchcastle@adetiq.co.uk Include your name, address and the phone number or email your subscription is under
Cancel online wordsearchwinner.recurly.com Sign in with the email address your bills go to
Write to them Wordsearch Winner, PO Box 165, Brighton BN41 9ER

They ask you to allow up to 10 working days for a cancellation to take effect. These details come from their own website (checked July 2026) — we're not connected to them in any way.

Can't get through? Your bank can stop the payments.

Ask your bank to cancel the recurring card payment to this company — it's called a “continuous payment authority”, and once you've asked, your bank must block future charges. If the payment shows as a Direct Debit, you can cancel it yourself in your banking app or at a branch. And if money is taken after you've cancelled, tell your bank and ask them to dispute it.

One more thing, so there's no mix-up: our own monthly prize draw — Win £50 of store credit — is completely free. It has no subscription, and there is never anything to cancel or pay.

Is your message actually for our jigsaw shop? No problem — pick a different topic above and the form will open.

If you can, pop your order number in below — it's on your order confirmation email and starts with #. You can also check any order yourself by signing in to your account.
Ask us anything — puzzle recommendations are our favourite messages. For box and piece sizes, our puzzle size guide may help too.
No quibbles — tell us your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll sort it. The fine print lives in our refund policy.
Quick check before you send: if this is about a paid puzzle-magazine subscription (Puzzles & Prizes Galore or Wordsearch Winner), that's a different company and we can't cancel it — but we can show you who can.

If you mean our free emails, no need for any of that — every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, or just send this message and we'll take you off the list.

Your name, email and message go to Duncans Retail Limited so we can reply to you — nothing else, and never to anyone else. See how we use your details.

You'll get an automatic email confirming your message arrived, then a personal reply — usually within one working day. We reply from contact@puzzlesgalore.co.uk, so it's worth checking your spam folder if you don't hear back.

Who you're writing to

Puzzles Galore is the online jigsaw puzzle shop run by Duncans Retail Limited, a family business at Unit 12, Midlands Industrial Estate, Holt, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 6RU.

We only ever charge you when you place an order. We have no subscriptions, no memberships that cost money, and no recurring payments of any kind — so if something is charging you monthly for puzzles, it isn't us, and we'll happily point you to the right door (pick “A puzzle magazine subscription” above).
