Shipping Prices

Dispatch: Within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri). Weekend orders ship Monday.

UK delivery: Usually 2–5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

International delivery: Europe 5–10 days, USA/Canada 7–14 days, Australia/NZ 10–21 days.

Customs & duties — USA: import duty is collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.

Customs & duties — European Union: every parcel from the UK is charged import VAT, the EU's €3 customs duty and the local post office's handling fee. The recipient pays these before the parcel is handed over — usually by text, email or letter from the local post office — and they are not included in the prices above.

Customs & duties — Norway, Iceland and Canada: import tax and a handling fee are normally charged on arrival, paid by the recipient.

Customs & duties — everywhere else: most orders arrive with nothing to pay, but larger orders can be charged local import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Sending a gift abroad? Add the recipient's mobile number to the delivery address. The local post office uses it to tell them about any charge, and parcels whose charges aren't paid are sent back to us.
