It's a busy day in the life of Paddington, and he's been up to a bit of everything! He starts with a soak in a tub full of bubbles, then sinks into the armchair with a marmalade sandwich. He waters the garden, wheels a barrow of plants along, and sits down to a cream tea with a very large slice of cake. There's even a game of tennis and a trip to the seaside, where he builds a sandcastle with the lighthouse looking on.
Through it all he keeps his battered suitcase and his jars of marmalade close at hand, with Big Ben and Tower Bridge waiting nearby. Will there be any marmalade left by bedtime?
