How do I join?
Joining is free. Create a Puzzles Galore account (or log in) and open this page — we’ll add 25 PuzzlePoints to get you started. You collect PuzzlePoints on your orders once you’re a member, so it’s worth joining before you shop.
When do my PuzzlePoints arrive?
Bonus PuzzlePoints — for joining, reviews, the puzzle game, following us and your birthday — land straight away. PuzzlePoints from an order are added when each item is dispatched (so split pre-orders earn as each parcel ships) and become spendable a week later, once the return window has settled. Referral PuzzlePoints settle the same way. Whenever you have some waiting, this page tells you the date they land.
How do I spend them?
Type in however many you’d like to cash in — any amount, with no minimum — and we add that much store credit to your account. It comes off automatically at your next checkout, with no codes to copy or paste, and anything you don’t use stays on your account for next time.
Do my PuzzlePoints expire?
No — your PuzzlePoints never expire. They’ll be waiting whenever you’re ready to spend them.
What if I return something?
If you return an item, only the PuzzlePoints for that item are adjusted — nothing else is affected.
Are there any limits?
To keep things fair: follow us once per platform, and leave a review or beat the game once a day each. Your birthday treat lands once a year. Orders and referrals aren’t capped.
