Rythme, Joie de Vivre by Robert Delaunay – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Deico)

Delaunay sets the whole canvas spinning. Great coloured discs turn against one another — green inside blue, scarlet inside orange, a black centre ringed with lilac and pink — while broad bands of colour sweep behind them like the arc of a wheel.

Down in the middle a pale angular shape cuts across it all at a tilt, holding everything else in place. Nothing here is still for a moment, and not a dull colour anywhere in it.
