It's the quiet hour before the doors open, and the bar is ready for another night. The wine glasses are lined up on the old timber counter, the red lamp is glowing, and a stool waits for the first regular to wander in.
Every wall has been written on by visitors, with names, hearts and messages chalked and scratched into the brick. It's a place that clearly has plenty of stories to tell, and you can almost hear the clink of glasses and the chatter of the first customers arriving.
The dense, cluttered scene with chalk graffiti, bottles, glasses and dark green walls has lots of similar textures and murky shadows, which makes it hard to tell areas apart.
