Disney Christmas Café

Every bauble on the ceiling is somebody's face. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Belle, Anna and dozens more hang in rows above a cosy little café, while the tree on the right is decked out with Dumbo, Stitch, Simba and Bambi baubles of its own. The counter behind is stacked with coffee machines, cakes and Mickey-eared crockery, and there's a Christmas jigsaw already laid out on the table between two green armchairs, in case you needed telling what to do next.

It's a lot to take in, which is exactly the appeal. Sorting starts with the big blocks of colour: the deep red sofa in front, the green tree on the right, the fireplace and stockings on the left. The real work comes with those rows of tiny character baubles along the top and scattered through the tree, each one similar in size and shape but different in face, so you'll want good light and a bit of patience for that section.

Fans of the Disney back catalogue will enjoy picking out characters as they build, from Cinderella on the cushion to the nutcracker by the fire. A nice one to start over the Christmas holidays with a hot drink of your own on the go.
