Seaside Shops - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Cobble Hill)

Fifteen little seaside cottages, each in its own frame, each painted in a different colour with the same strip of blue water behind it. Pink with a striped awning, teal with a weathervane, mustard yellow with window boxes spilling over. Look closely and every one has its own path, its own picket fence, its own cat or gull or bicycle propped by the door.

It's the sorting that makes this one fun to build. Fifteen near-identical panels means fifteen near-identical skies and seas, so you'll want to work cottage by cottage rather than colour by colour, matching roofs and doors and garden gates before tackling the water in between.

A nice one for anyone who likes New England coastal art or folk-style painting, and good for building in stages, since each little house can be treated as its own mini puzzle within the bigger picture.
