It's the first in Wasgij's Pieces of Evidence series, and the three puzzles arrive as a case file. Each is sealed in its own kraft "Evidence" envelope, opened in order, with two booklets of Inspector Wasgij's clues to read alongside. Two puzzles are 500 pieces (the Original and Destiny formats) and the finale is a 1,000-piece Mystery. The story runs from the cruise to a reunion to the reveal, and as ever with Wasgij you're not building the picture on the box: each puzzle shows a different moment, and together they point to whodunnit.

The artwork is classic James Alexander: a busy cartoon crowd full of faces and small jokes, with plenty to keep you occupied across all three builds. With three puzzles and a story to follow, it's a proper project rather than a one-sitting job, and a nice one to work through with someone else.
