If you are the sort of person who can happily lose an hour browsing a bookshop, this puzzle is absolutely made for you. The scene pulls you straight into a wonderfully cluttered independent bookshop — shelves packed to the rafters, colourful bunting strung across the window, a sleepy dog curled up on the leather sofa, and a steaming cup of coffee sitting on the counter next to a vintage brass till.
There is so much going on here. A Book Club newsletter is spread across the floor, fresh flowers sit in a vase, and through the open door you can just make out the cobbled street and another shop opposite. It feels like a real place — somewhere you would want to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon.
This is number three in Ravensburger's charming Cobblestone Road collection, and it is every bit as inviting as the previous entries. With warm lamp-lit tones, rich detail throughout, and plenty of variety to keep things interesting as you build, it strikes a lovely balance — satisfying without being punishing.
Completed puzzle measures 70 x 50cm and is suitable for ages 12 and up. Printed on Ravensburger's signature linen-finish board for a glare-free, premium result.
The scene has strong colour variety and clear focal sections (sofa, counter, shelves) but the densely packed bookshelves and busy floor details with similar warm tones will require patience to sort.
