Japanese Footbridge by Claude Monet – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Pomegranate)

Monet's pale blue-green footbridge arches across the top of the pond at Giverny, and everything below it is water — lily pads laid in flat drifts, small pink and white flowers, reeds and willow crowding both banks. He painted it in 1899, by which point the sky had gone from the picture altogether.

Beyond the bridge rails there is little but mottled green and its reflection, which makes this one of the harder Impressionist puzzles. Finished size 63.5 x 50.8cm.
