This is one of those puzzles where you can almost feel the warmth of a lazy summer afternoon. Georgie Bruce has created such a peaceful garden scene - there's something wonderfully satisfying about all those colourful clothes pegged out on the washing line, fluttering in the breeze.
The little details make this one special to build. A cheeky red squirrel perched on the fence, cheerful birds dotted about, and that gorgeous lemon tree heavy with fruit. The garden furniture is set up ready for afternoon tea, and I love the mix of planters - from the classic blue and white china to rustic terracotta pots bursting with hollyhocks and daisies.
The colour palette is spot on for summer - plenty of fresh greens, pops of pink and purple from the flowers, and those sunny yellows that just lift the whole scene. Perfect for building on a rainy day when you're dreaming of warmer weather!
Busy garden scene with varied flowers and wildlife but distinct colour areas and a clear sky providing some easier sections.
