Upcycled Garden by Janice Daughters - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Gibsons)

This is one of those puzzles where you keep spotting something new every time you look at it. Janice Daughters has packed this gloriously chaotic garden scene with so much character — a dozing ginger cat curled up in a wicker chair, a black-and-white cat prowling nearby, birdhouses dotted everywhere, a vintage red toy tractor, bunting strung across a timber arch, and two gardeners happily pottering amongst an absolute riot of flowers.

The upcycled theme is a lovely touch — look closely and you'll find teacups used as planters, an old bathtub overflowing with blooms, a chandelier repurposed as a hanging basket, and all manner of reclaimed odds and ends given a new lease of life in the garden. It's the kind of scene that feels genuinely lived-in and loved.

As a jigsaw, this one will keep you well and truly busy.
