The plot of the puzzle is based on the famous painting of Rembrandt "Danae".
Years of creation 1636-1647. Oil on canvas.
Height of the original canvas is 185 cm width 203 cm.
Belongs to the exhibition of the State Hermitage Museum.
"Danae"of
Rembrandt was written by the artist not for sale, but for home. In it, as in many other of his paintings shown a young artist's wife Saskia van Eylenbyurh. After the death of the artist's wife (1642) the painting was changed in the time he had a sexual relationship with Gert Dirks. Face features of Danae in the picture have been changed so that it combined both favourite women of the artist. Painting "Danae" is recognized as one of the best works of the artist.
