Is my order guaranteed?

Ordering reserves your copy, but it isn’t a cast-iron guarantee. Just occasionally a supplier can’t fulfil a title. If that ever happens we’ll email you straight away and refund that item in full, so you’re never left waiting or out of pocket. Expected dates are our supplier’s best estimate and can move.

Will I be charged when I order?

Yes. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, exactly like any other purchase. This reserves your puzzle so it’s yours from the moment the next stock arrives.

What if I have other items in my basket?

We hold the whole order and ship it together once everything is in. If anything you’ve ordered comes into stock earlier, we’ll email you with the option of a partial dispatch for £3.97 (UK orders) so you can have the ready items right away (entirely optional).

Can I cancel if I change my mind?
