A heart-shaped world floats against a pink, cloud-streaked sky, anchored by twin rainbows that arc beneath it like legs. Inside the heart, a tropical island sits above a clear waterline — palm trees, white sand, and a dolphin mid-leap breaking the surface. Below the waterline, the same heart-shape continues downward, filling with coral reef, rays of light, a stingray, and two more dolphins moving through deep blue water.
The cross-section layout gives you two puzzles in one image really — the bright, airy tropical scene above and the darker underwater world below. The colour shift from warm pink skies and turquoise shallows to the deep navy of the reef section makes sorting satisfying, though the gradient transitions within each zone will keep you honest. This is part of Heye's Tiny Worlds series, illustrated by Andrea Guzzetta, and presented in the square Quadrat format.
The piece count is 1000, and the square board shape is worth factoring in when you're picking your mat or board.
The strong colour contrast between the warm pink sky, turquoise shallows, and deep blue reef provides clear sorting zones, but the gradient transitions within each section and the detailed coral reef area add moderate complexity.
