From high above, a stretch of flat ground has come out looking like a set of watercolour washes laid side by side: turquoise in one block, salmon pink in the next, then pale gold and dusty mauve.
A long causeway cuts across the whole thing on the diagonal, banked and ruler-straight, and the pools on each side of it run off past the edge of the picture.
Large uniform colour blocks with subtle gradients and minimal textural detail within each pond section make piece differentiation quite difficult.
