Back-orders take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.

Will I be charged when I order?

Yes — payment is taken at the time you place your order, exactly like any other purchase. This reserves your puzzle so it's yours from the moment the next stock arrives.

What if I have other items in my basket?

We hold the whole order and ship it together once everything is in. If anything you've ordered comes into stock earlier, we'll email you with the option of a partial dispatch for £3.97 (UK orders) so you can have the ready items right away — entirely optional.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Of course. Just get in touch and we'll sort a refund.
