Toffoli's mother stands with one child wrapped against her back and another gathered up in her arms, the whole picture built out of flat planes of blue with the child's yellow blanket the one warm note in it.
Almost no detail and no background at all, which leaves the shapes and the colour to do everything. Quiet, and rather moving once it is together in front of you.
