Proving that ?all the world?s a stage? for fashion is this élégante on the cover of Vogue?s Hot Weather Fashions Number of July 1, 1919. Drawn by Helen Dryden, she navigates the sand and sea in a chic, and heavily accessorized, get-up. Shaded by a tangerine colored parasol, her printed scarf unfurls in a cooling breeze. On her feet are laced water shoes, on her head a feather-trimmed turban. Earrings and a ring complete her modish ensemble.
