My Colorful Bedroom

A bedroom where every surface has been claimed. Books run floor to ceiling on three walls, the bed is under a patchwork quilt, there are rugs laid over rugs, and framed pictures have been wedged into whatever gaps the shelves left. The window with its striped curtains throws afternoon light across the lot.

Colour edge to edge with almost no plain ground, so the bright window is the way in. Finished size 69 x 48cm.
