A library stacked storey on storey to the top of the frame. Arched windows glow amber, iron balconies run between the levels, spiral stairs climb out of sight and shelf after shelf of spines fills everything in between. Lamps light small pools of the woodwork and the rest sits in green shadow.
Almost no landmarks and thousands of book spines in the same few tones — the hardest solve in this batch. This one is portrait rather than landscape. Finished size 48 x 69cm.
Repetitive shelves of book spines in a narrow tonal range, with few distinct landmarks.
