The Natural World

Someone has been out collecting all season and has come home to lay everything out on the desk. A wooden type tray is filled with corked jars of shells, feathers, crystals and beetle wings, and a magnifying glass has been left mid-inspection over one of the labels.

Around it, pressed sweet peas sit in an open notebook, a pine cone and a wasp nest have each found a corner, and old field guides are stacked up with their bookmarks in. Pull up a chair and see what you can spot.
