The row of Victorian houses at Alamo Square, each one painted a different colour and each with its own gables, bay windows and porch steps. They stand along the top of the grass in a line, and behind them, close enough to look like a backdrop somebody has hung there, the whole downtown skyline goes up in glass and concrete.
Three thousand pieces, with the pale skyline behind repeating in a very narrow range. Finished size 116 x 85cm.
Three thousand pieces with a large flat sky, a plain green lawn, and a pale skyline of similar towers.
