Beautiful Skylines: Rome

Pre-Order

This puzzle hasn’t been released yet. Order now to reserve your copy from the first batch we receive.

Will it arrive for Christmas?

Not in time, we’re afraid. Ordered today, we expect it to arrive after Christmas, and it should be sent by mid February. Your whole order waits for it, so anything else you need for Christmas is best ordered separately.

When will it ship?

We’re expecting stock between 15 Jan 2027 and 12 Feb 2027.We’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way. Dates are estimates from our supplier. Occasionally things shift, and we’ll always keep you posted.

Is my pre-order guaranteed?

Ordering reserves your copy from the first batch we receive, but a pre-order isn’t a guarantee. Just occasionally a manufacturer changes a release or can’t supply a title. If that ever happens we’ll email you straight away and refund that item in full, so you’re never left waiting or out of pocket. Release dates are the manufacturer’s best estimate and can move.

Will I be charged when I order?

Yes. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, exactly like any other purchase. This reserves your puzzle so it’s yours from the moment the next stock arrives.

What if I have other items in my basket?

We hold the whole order and ship it together once everything is in. If anything you’ve ordered comes into stock earlier, we’ll email you with the option of a partial dispatch for £3.97 (UK orders) so you can have the ready items right away (entirely optional).

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Of course. Just get in touch and we’ll sort a refund.
