Nobody has served anybody here in a very long while. The chandelier is furred with cobwebs, papers lie all over the chequered floor, and a pigeon has got in and is flying the length of the shop as though it owns the place. The lift stands shut, its brass dial above the door long since stopped.
Two mannequins are still on duty though, one in pink lace and one in red spots, waiting beside a table of hats and gloves that nobody is coming to buy.
Atmospheric scene with muted dusty tones, detailed architectural elements, and many small objects scattered across similar-coloured floor areas.
