A wall of deep blue, worn back to gold at the edges, and almost nothing on it: a red heart, a black and white moon hanging on a thread, one long thin arm curving up out of the dark. Miró has signed it down in the bottom corner.
Trails of tiny yellow-green dots loop away down the left with a few red ones among them. The heart is the only warm thing in the whole picture, and it holds the lot together.
Large areas of uniform deep blue with minimal detail make piece differentiation very challenging; only the small central motifs provide distinct visual anchors.
