Butterflies – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Eurographics)

Dozens of butterflies have been laid out across a pale ground, each one named in tiny print beneath it: monarchs with their veined orange wings, a big blue morpho open wide, and yellow ones no bigger than a thumbnail.

Around the edges someone has tucked in sprays of yellow blossom, garden roses and glossy green leaves, so the whole thing reads like a page lifted straight out of an old naturalist's album.
