My Childhood by Ahmet Yesil – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Ahmet Yesil)

A wood at night, painted so that every trunk and branch is a twisted length of rope in rust and teal and violet, knotted and looping away into the dark. A great pale moon hangs in the gap between the trees and lights the ground below it.

Caught up in the branches are kites — a little diamond one with a tail, another with wings — left hanging where they landed, with threads and tassels trailing down all around them.
