Santa Claus and his Elves

Santa has sat down, and that is rather the joke of it. The fire is roaring, he has a mug in one hand and a white cat leaning on his knee, and every last elf in the building is still flat out at the benches, one of them wrestling a parcel very nearly its own size across the rug.

Firelight on one side, moonlight coming through the great round window on the other, and a lit tree holding the whole right-hand edge. Finished size 69 x 49cm
