The Wizard of Oz

Arms swinging, all four of them off down the yellow brick road at a fair old clip: Dorothy in her blue gingham and red shoes, the Lion with his tail up, the Tin Man clanking along and the Scarecrow all elbows, with Toto trotting behind to keep up. The apple trees either side have faces, and one of them is watching them go.

The Emerald City sits far off under a rainbow, and the road runs across the whole picture as a broad band of gold. Finished size 69 x 49cm
