Two puzzles, two shapes, one very clear theme. Open the box and you get a bouquet of pink garden roses cut into its own shape, plus a bottle and glass of rosé cut into another. There's no square edge in sight, so you're building the outline as you go rather than boxing yourself in with straight borders first.
The roses are the fiddlier of the two, with layers of petals shading from pale blush to deep pink and plenty of green leaf to sort through. The wine puzzle is calmer, mostly soft pink glass and a plain background, so it's the one to hand to someone newer to puzzling while you tackle the flowers.
Handy as a two-player set too, since you can each start on a different shape and swap halfway through.
The rose bouquet has subtle pink petal shading and dense leaf detail, while the wine bottle section is much simpler with large plain areas.
