A comfy sofa, richly-textured throws and floor coverings, interesting pastimes (books, puzzles, games, scrapbooks and an ever-growing family tree) are lit by atmospheric lighting. Warmed by a log burner, the owner and her pets enjoy the cosy delights of a chilly afternoon. Tea, cake, good company and a great book. Who could ask for more?
