Colourful Wild Owl by Ningiukulu Teevee – 500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Pomegranate)

An owl with a white face and orange-rimmed eyes, its body built from hundreds of leaf-shaped feathers in green, plum, teal, rust and lilac, every one hatched with fine pen lines. Look into the plumage on the right and a second, smaller white face is tucked in there with one dark blue eye. Ningiukulu Teevee draws the animals and old stories of Kinngait, on Baffin Island.

The feathers all share the same leaf shape, so it is the colour runs rather than the outlines that guide you, and the hatched brown ground behind is uniform throughout. Finished size 45.7 x 61cm.
