The whole town has come out for the Day of the Dead and every last face is painted as a sugar skull. A brass band is blaring away in the middle of it, marigolds are piled up on the market stalls, and a towering gentleman in a bowler hat and tailcoat stands over the crowd with his arms flung wide.
Two policemen are trying to look official at the front. Somebody has brought a bed out into the street, and nobody seems the least bit bothered!
Incredibly dense crowd scene with hundreds of colourful characters, skeleton figures, floats, and decorations all overlapping in a vibrant Mexican street setting.
