An open palm held up, and resting in the middle of it a heart made of coloured glass stones set in gold, the sort of thing somebody would once have pinned to a good coat. Above it a second heart burns red inside a blaze of blue rays.
Christian Lacroix has tucked a tabby cat in at the wrist, watching out from behind the cherry blossom, and scattered red stars across the cuff. The puzzle is die-cut to the shape of the hand rather than a rectangle.
Christian Lacroix's Maison de Jeu design features a dense collage of playing card motifs and decorative patterns with complex overlapping imagery.
