A gentleman in a bowler hat is out ahead of a steam train, glancing back over his shoulder to see how the engine is getting on! He is up on a great tricycle with two towering spoked wheels, jacket buttoned, the ribbon on his hat streaming out behind, while the train puffs along the line past a church spire and the mountains.
The whole thing is printed in warm ochre and green, with the Howe Machine Company of Glasgow spelled out along the bottom.
Large text areas and simple colour scheme with clear central figure make this a relatively straightforward puzzle.
