The whole family has come down to the pool at sunset. One big tiger is lying right in the shallows facing you, water up to his chin and not the slightest intention of moving; on the rocks either side the grown-ups have settled with their cubs, one of whom is still trying to climb over everybody!
Macaws in scarlet and blue watch from the branches, the waterfall drops in three steps behind them, and lilies are open all across the water.
