ALIEN: Fate of the Nostromo

In ALIEN: Fate of the Nostromo, you take on the role of one of the Nostromo crew members: Ripley, Lambert, Parker, Brett, or Dallas. Your objective is to collect scrap, craft items, and complete different missions. Your crew will gain and lose morale as they face the Alien and other dangerous situations—if their morale ever drops to zero, you lose the game. Each turn is split into two phases: the Crew Action phase and the Encounter phase.

During the Crew Action phase, you explore the Nostromo and gather scrap, craft items, trade with other players, and use items and special abilities. For example, Brett can craft items with one fewer scrap than other players. Additionally, if the Alien is within three spaces of the player with the incinerator, they can use it to send the Alien back to its nest. In the Encounter phase, you draw and resolve an Encounter card. Who knows what might be lurking around the corner...? Once your initial objectives are complete, you must complete one of five final missions. These missions have unique requirements that must be fulfilled simultaneously in order to win the game. For an extra challenge, you can also include Science Officer Ash, who will move around the ship, removing scrap and forcing your crew to lose morale.
