This is such a lovely puzzle for anyone who loves a good beachcombing session. Tracy Hall's Sea Shore is a beautifully detailed nature study, packed with all the treasures you'd find on a British coastline — shells, pebbles, sea birds, crabs, starfish, sea urchins, mussels, and even a little oystercatcher going about his business.
What makes this one really satisfying to build is the way it's laid out — each element is carefully illustrated and labelled, almost like a nature journal come to life. The soft sandy tones of the background give it a calm, breezy feel, while the splashes of colour from the shells, berries, and wildflowers keep things interesting as you piece it together.
At Big 500 pieces, this is a great choice if you want something that's relaxing but still rewarding — ideal for a quiet afternoon with a cup of tea. It also includes a unique piece, which is always a nice touch from House of Puzzles.
A brilliant gift for nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, or anyone who keeps a collection of shells on their windowsill.
The sandy background creates some uniform areas that require careful attention, but the wide variety of colourful, distinctly shaped shells, birds, and labelled nature elements provide plenty of clear sorting points throughout.
