Kiwetin – 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle (Cobble Hill)

Aspen leaves worked in bright floral beadwork, strung in garlands above a beaded meadow of wildflowers, with a hummingbird, a bluebird and a goldfinch among them on a warm ochre ground. The title Kiwetin runs along the base, beneath a short passage about the north wind moving through the trembling aspen and the whisper of ancestors.

The dotted beadwork and mottled golden background repeat closely, which makes this a patient sort by colour and shape. Finished size 69 x 49cm.
