Toothless fills the middle of the picture, black wings spread from edge to edge, with Hiccup standing upright on his back in dark armour. Astrid rides Stormfly above them, two more riders come in from the left on a lumpy brown Gronckle and a red dragon, and behind it all lies a green world of sea stacks, waterfalls and open water.
XXL pieces for younger hands. Toothless's wings make one large area of near-black to work through, but the mottled blue-white sky and the green cliffs sort themselves out quickly. Finished size 49 x 36cm.
