A whole cartoon town has gone fishing — anglers crowd the docks and little boats, one hooks an old boot, another reels in trouble, and a wooden cabin and pickup truck sit on the far bank. Below the waterline it is busier still: shoals of grinning fish, a submarine, a lurking shark and a crab bar all packed in among the weeds.
