This puzzle is absolutely delightful chaos in the best possible way. Linda Jane Smith has created a wonderfully detailed Easter scene where cats have taken over the kitchen and gotten into everything - decorated eggs scattered about, biscuit tins raided, and Easter treats in various stages of being sampled (or demolished!).
What makes this such a satisfying build is the sheer amount of quirky details to discover. There's a cat in a top hat looking rather pleased with itself, another seems to be mixing something in a bowl, and the expressions on their faces are absolutely priceless. The vintage-style illustrations have a lovely nostalgic quality, with beautifully rendered details on everything from the old-fashioned storage jars to the delicate patterns on the Easter eggs.
The colour palette is gorgeous too - soft pastels mixed with warmer tones that give it that cosy, homely feel. This is one of those puzzles where you'll keep spotting new little touches as you piece it together. Perfect for Easter or any time you fancy a cheerful, characterful puzzle that'll make you smile.
Extremely busy scene packed with dozens of cats and Easter items in similar warm tones, making piece differentiation very challenging.
