The sign on the door says closed and the florist has gone out, which leaves two ginger cats in charge. One has settled itself on the counter among the wrapped bouquets, the other is fast asleep on the tiles beneath a red balloon, and the shop around them is packed floor to ceiling with roses and tulips and sunflowers.
