Schiele's model sits with her knees drawn up and her head tipped right over onto her shoulder, watching you sideways. A green top, black stockings, and a white skirt put down in a few quick lines and then left alone.
Most of the paper is bare, which leaves the greens and that copper hair to carry the whole picture. Very little in it, and it holds the eye completely.
