Alphabet Garden

A walled garden looked at from the top of the steps: a rectangular pond with model boats on it, a paved path, a bench under a green blanket, a dalmatian in a red-roofed kennel, a beehive, a white gazebo and a rose arch, with a cottage and mountains beyond. The foreground is a bank of flowers thick with butterflies, moths and garden birds: jay, blue tit, woodpecker, nuthatch.

There is something hidden for every letter, from a zeppelin in the sky to a xylophone by the bench, so you keep scanning while you sort; only the sky and the lawn are plain. Finished size 50.8 x 68.6cm.
