Terraces of Italian garden climbing a hillside, and everybody is out in it. Water steps down through a run of stone basins from one level to the next, ochre and cream villas sit back among the cypresses, and roses, hydrangeas and blossom press in from every edge. Somebody has stopped to trail a hand in the fountain.

Two thousand pieces of green with flowers scattered right through it, so the buildings and the water are the way in. Finished size 98 x 69cm.
